Senior Paralegal - client intake (remote)

Nova Juniper Legal Group is a Fort Worth practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Paralegal to lead our client intake. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
