Senior Paralegal - client intake (Providence, RI)

Northwind Linden Legal Group provides legal services in Providence across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior Paralegal to take on client intake. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Providence. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
