Senior Paralegal - client intake (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Legal Group and adding a Senior Paralegal whose main responsibility will be client intake. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
