Senior Paralegal - client intake (Orlando, FL)

Lumen Ashton Legal Group is a law firm in Orlando serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior Paralegal to take on client intake. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
