Senior Paralegal - client intake (Knoxville, TN)

Harborlight Meridian Legal Group Partners is a Knoxville practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Paralegal to take on client intake. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
