Senior Paralegal - client intake (Jacksonville, FL)

Ironwood Linden Legal Group is looking for a Senior Paralegal. The job centres on client intake for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 274 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
