Senior Paralegal - client intake (Honolulu, HI)

Rivermark Clear Legal Group is a Honolulu practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Paralegal to lead our client intake. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
