Senior Paralegal - client intake (Boston, MA)

Fernwood Drift Legal Group is looking for a Senior Paralegal. The job centres on client intake for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
