Senior Paralegal - case preparation (Rochester, NY)

Silverline Harbor Legal Group is a Rochester practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Paralegal to lead our case preparation. You would join a large organisation of about 698 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
