Senior Paralegal - case preparation (Richmond, VA)

Harborlight Oak Legal Group is a Richmond practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Paralegal to take on case preparation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
