Senior Paralegal - case preparation (remote)

Greenridge Rowan Legal Group is looking for a Senior Paralegal. The job centres on case preparation for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
