Senior Paralegal - case preparation (Orlando, FL)

Bright Quill Legal Group is looking for a Senior Paralegal. The job centres on case preparation for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
