Senior Paralegal - case preparation (Omaha, NE)

Redstone Ashton Legal Group is a Omaha practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Paralegal to lead our case preparation. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
