Senior Paralegal - case preparation (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Legal Group and adding a Senior Paralegal whose main responsibility will be case preparation. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
