Senior Paralegal - case preparation (Memphis, TN)

Bright Cross Legal Group is looking for a Senior Paralegal. The job centres on case preparation for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
