Senior Paralegal - case preparation (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Cross Legal Group Associates is a Honolulu practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Paralegal to lead our case preparation. You would join a large organisation of about 818 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
