Senior Paralegal - case preparation (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Rowan Legal Group and adding a Senior Paralegal whose main responsibility will be case preparation. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
