Senior Paralegal - case preparation (Des Moines, IA)

Highbridge Stone Legal Group is a Des Moines practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Paralegal to take on case preparation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
