Senior Paralegal - case preparation (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook Oak Legal Group is a Dallas practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Paralegal to lead our case preparation. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
