Senior Paralegal - case preparation (Cincinnati, OH)

Clearpath Linden Legal Group is looking for a Senior Paralegal. The job centres on case preparation for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
