Senior Paralegal - case preparation (Charlotte, NC)

Ironwood Lakeside Legal Group is a Charlotte practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Paralegal to take on case preparation. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
