Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Wichita, KS)

Fernwood Keystone Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Wichita, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a large organisation of about 593 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
