Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Bright Keystone Inspection Services and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for field inspections and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
