Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Birch Farms Partners and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Track performance measures for packing house output and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
