Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Granite Water Authority Partners and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Track performance measures for water quality and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
