Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Nova Corner Auto Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
