Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Tucson, AZ)

Bright Bridge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Tucson design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for accessibility audits and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
