Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Stone Farms and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would join a large organisation of about 771 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for seasonal crews and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
