Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Tucson, AZ)

Lumen Ivory Facilities is a facilities company in Tucson with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supply orders.
