Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Tucson, AZ)

Greenridge Timber Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on vendor management. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for materials orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
