Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Quarry Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Toledo, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for fleet maintenance and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
