Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Corner Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Toledo. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on vendor management. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
