Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (St. Louis, MO)

Silverline Cedar Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for scheduling and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
