Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Seattle, WA)

Summit Clear Energy Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
