Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Basin Facilities and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
