Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Ridge Auto Group is a Seattle company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on vendor management. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
