Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Summit Cobalt Auto Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
