Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Sparrow Energy Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
