Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (San Diego, CA)

Foxglove Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the San Diego region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
