Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Rochester, NY)

Harborlight Keystone Energy is an energy provider in Rochester focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would join a large organisation of about 939 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
