Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Rochester, NY)

Silverline Haven Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on vendor management. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for materials orders and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
