Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Cedar Drift Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for field inspections and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
