Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Vista Water Authority Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
