Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Umber Energy and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
