Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Foxglove Stone Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for survey data and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
