Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Amberfield Ridge Construction is a Philadelphia contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
