Silverline Quarry Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track performance measures for service alerts and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with route schedules.
