Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Fernwood Quill Energy Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 418 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
