Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Westbrook Meridian Facilities Partners is a facilities company in Boston with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
