Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Cross Facilities and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would join a large organisation of about 418 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
